The village motto "Acta Non Verba" means Action Not Words. Aureate was the developer of the Darkenstone Canal which was the first major canal project undertaken on Freedom and is the oldest still active deed on Independence. Darkenstone consists of the main settlement on Deliverance and several sister villages throughout the Freedom servers.
