Wikified the example
This spell converts available [[fatigue]] into [[sleep bonus]]. It appears to be limited to twelve minutes of sleep bonus and for every minute you gain you must pay with five minutes of fatigue. This means gaining twelve minutes of the bonus will cost you a full hour of fatigue.
