It has == Item Use ==This Item in possesion of a use command Black light (follower of libila) will upon activation give the option to Destroy the [[Altar of three]] when you right click upon it. However the strenght needed to do so is dependant upon followers of your faith and the faith they have in libila. It also gives the menumessage : You feel libilas light shine on you when used. It can also be used as a Large Maul wich does decent damage against walls / palisades, around 0.25 to 0.5 dmg pr hit.
