Hell horses are by far tougher than any other [[mount]] - not very strong anymore, they can kill a single [[spirit templar]] on their own. This makes them awesome battle mounts, even without have the same armour as normal horses now due to a [[barding]]recent update.
It is highly advisable to have them tamed, otherwise you will be fighting your mount more than anything else.
