The spell comes up 65 days or so usually reappears a month to two months after it is cast. Hints from the previous castdevelopers indicate that rituals are recharged by worshippers' prayers, but is not castable until 80 daysand that even followers at 30 faith should still pray every day as though they were still gaining faith in order to recharge the ritual. Try to cast it on an altar: If it tells you, "Vynora cannot grant that power right now", then you it cannot be cast iton your server. If it tells you, "You need more favor with your god to cast that spell", then you can cast it if you have the 300 favor.
