Cobra King is an NPC that decides of who shall be the next emperor for [[Horde of the Summoned]]. It is immobile and non-aggro but also known to attack [[Avatars]] of [[White_Light|White Light]]. Followers of the [[Black_Light|Black Light]] could take a test for being emperor.
The Cobra King is found on Elevation by the starter deed, and is right north of the Shroud on [[chaos|chaos]]
