It consisted of "Elarial, Elarial Heights, Elarial Harbor, Hillside, Elarial gardens, and Elarial Island Retreat". Construction plans for Elarial included a massive highway that ended in an elaborate 144 stall market, in a bid to wrestle control from Freedom Market.
