* Olive oil is used in the creation of [[compass]]es; to start a compass, combine olive oil with a [[pottery jar]].
* Olive oil can also be used as fuel in [[item:oil lamp|oil lamps]] and [[item:lantern|lanterns]].
* Olive oil is used by spirit templars and tower guards to refill off-deed lamps within 24 tiles of deed. You can store it in a an on-deed [[huge oil barrel]] to help prevent decay (an on-deed or [[huge tub ]] will be used as the source for refilling).* Update: on-deed lamps no longer consume oil.
