Commonly referred to as a "Refresh tick". Randomly appears at the end of a successful meditation at higher levels (9+).
Your food and water will be filled (Nutrition is unaffected) and you . You will receive a mini skill increase in meditationinstead of the usual size if this coincides with a skillgain tick.
