Rare Functionality

Hi - I've added the rare functionality template to quite a few pages now, and it's received a good audience. Since it's a common subject for discussion it was deemed appropriate to have a section on the item pages. The disclaimer in place is there to advise that these could be player observations rather than confirmed. Please do not remove the rare templates unless you are 100% that it is false.
