**The Erupt and Freeze meditation abilities have had their permission checks fixed and tweaked. Now, they exclusively and consistently check the “Use Meditation Abilities” permission, and always check the village of the tile being changed and not the tile the player is standing on. Additionally, on PVE servers only, these permissions are also checked in the village perimeter.
*Bugfix: Chandeliers can now only be placed on completed ceilings.
*Bugfix: Items placed on ceilings should properly drop to the ground when the ceiling (or floor and ceiling) is destroyed.
*Bugfix: Fixed some decorations erroneously decaying on deed. This includes open fireplaces, chicken coops, and archery towers.
*Bugfix: Fixed a bug which sometimes caused the server to send large numbers of nonexistent resource nodes for tiles beyond the southern and eastern borders of the map.

This frequently occurred with horses being ridden on flat tiles at the maximum depth a player can dig with a shovel. Vehicles and mounts should now move more smoothly under these circumstances.
