Introduction
A citizen of a Settlement, usually they only have the most basics of rights on the deed, however this is configurable by the deed holder.
Citizens can respawn at the settlement they belong to, and can choose to relocate their Bank account to the settlement token.
Citizens can also respawn on deeds allied to their own town
