The achievement system was added May 31st, 2012.
To access your achievements, open the main menu and click on "Achievement Window".
List of known Achievements

| Silencer | You've killed a raging creature | Silver | Killed a Raging creature (Rat) |
| Wet Feet | It's cold. It's wet. I don't like it. | Silver | Walking into water. |
