*A bandaged wound will heal at a rate of 5 damage per 20 minutes. *If the wound is bad or severe, there is a chance that the bandage does not produce the 5 damage healing rate (in effect, it's no help at all). *A larger wound needs more cotton to be healed. * Virtually any item made from cotton or wool in-game can be utilized as a bandage when needed. Example: ''[18:04:15] You bandage the wound with a fishing net.''* Applying a bandage utilizes the [[Healing]] and [[First aid]] skills.*A bandaged wound means you cannot be re-bandaged unless the [[player]]/[[creatures|creature]] is injured yet again in the exact same spot.* Strings of cloth or yarn can be [[combine]]d and used for bandaging, with only the amount needed to bandage the wound being exhausted. Items that can't put another bandage be combined ([[satchel]]s, cloth armour, etc) will use the entire item when bandaging.* The speed of treating a wound depends on it unless you hurt yourself in the same spot againtype/damage.
