The best method to gain body control is by ==Skills==[[fightingSmithing]] but , [[smithingcarpentry]], [[tailoring]] , and [[carpentryarchaeology]] both skills all offer decent Body Control skill gain, as do [[archery]], [[shield]] skills, and some weapon skills.

The body control required to ride a cow has been slightly increased to over 20 [tested and able to ride at 20.000436 body control], hence you must now be premium to ride a cow. Free players Currently Cows/Donkeys are the only animals non-prem characters can not ride any animal at the moment.
