Cobra king is an NPC that decides of who shall be the next emperor for [[Horde of the Summoned]]. It is immobile and non-aggressive but also known to attack [[Avatars]] of [[White_Light|White Light]]. Followers of the [[Black_Light|Black Light]] can take the test to be emperor.
The Cobra king is found by the starter deed on [[Elevation]] by the starter deed, and [[Defiance]]. On [[Chaos]] it is right north of the Shroud on [[Chaos]].
