Reworded the QL to tile ratio
*The protractor affects the unfinished Dioptra quality and ultimately the finished quality.
*Quality of Dioptra affects how long you can plan a bridge.
*Minimum required quality The maximum number of tiles is "quality x 0,.4" rounded up. In other words, the minimum QL needed per bridge tileis "tile * 2.5". This calculation is both for survey and planning.
*Starter compass can be used.
*The Dioptra has a relatively high value and is worth the same as, for example, mooring ropes and door locks of equal quality. [[Get price]] = QL^2 * 0.50.
