An NPC that is released into the wild during Easter time.
- It does not drop easter eggs anymore. (VERY Rare, Might happen randomly.)
- Cannot be targeted.
- It hops very fast and does not swim.
- It will tell you in your event window when it is there: A faint, weird laughter is heard from afar.
