Planting flowers on a dirt tile yields flowers and grass on success. This can be useful for keeping [[cows]] and [[bull]]s pens grassy. This also builds your [[gardening]] skill without wasting valuable [[sprout]]s.
Planting sprouts will also make grass, but animals cannot graze on treed tree tiles.
[[dirtDirt]] tiles next to grass tiles will be covered by grass within 24 hours real life time.
You can pack grass tiles to convert them to packed dirt for faster movement and to prepare it to be paved with [[rock shards]], [[stone brick]], or [[slab]].
