A contract prepared for a public trader to settle down in an area and conduct business.

A trader contract allows you to place an NPC trader. The contract could be purchased from any other trader until July17th 2023.
It is a non-craftable and no-drop item and stays with you when you travel to other servers. The contract is destroyed once the trader is placed.
Traders no longer sell goods but can be used to access the Silver shop.
Traders cannot be placed underground.
