*In regards to [[Lurker in the deep]], The [[QL]] of the pendulum seems to affect the chance of getting a reading and the power level of the spell seems to affect the range at which [[fish]] are detected.*Enchanting a pendulum with any lurker spell ( [[Lurker in the Deepdeep]], [[Lurker in the Woodswoods]], and [[Lurker in the Darkdark]] ) will make the pendulum unable to find water.*If you get the message "You fail to make sense of the pendulum", you have failed to get a reading and will need to try again. It may take a few attempts to get a reading, which is dependent on the [[QL]] of the pendulum.
