* [[Key]]s can only be sacrificed if the [[lock]] they belong to has already been destroyed. The lock must therefore be sacrificed before the key is (sometimes you can sacrifice them at the same time because the lock is registered by the server before the key is).
* To be able to sacrifice an item it must fit in the altar. If you are sacrificing to get rid of the item you can try using a [[Trash heap|trash heap]].
* Sacrificing creatures for a mission is done with a [[Sacrificial knife|sacrificial knife]] close to the altar belonging to your deity. You do not have to put the dead animal inside the altarsee related page for more.
* Sacrificing 10 items one at a time will give the same amount of favor as sacrificing all 10 at once. The items are registered individually and not as part of a unit.
