Since the new update(which [[client]] version?), when you have a [[shovel ]] equipped you can see the slope of a tile by hovering your mouse over the tile border( Or or the tile if its it's flat ).
Maximum slope before you will start to fall down is 22. But you can get hurt if the slope is over 20.
