Added the rift healing turret to list. Note: healing turret still needs its own page.

*[[Lightning turret]] - Cast high upon a mountain.
*[[Healing turret]] - Spawned within active rifts.

* Turrets only function on PvP servers. On PvE Freedom servers, they can still be created but are purely decorative.
