Need to make it more obvious which terminology to use. "First floor" is ambiguous- in the US this means the ground floor, whereas in Europe this means the floor above ground.

Need to clarify whether the roof is included as a floor. It does have a skill requirement, although it could differ from the skill requirement for openings/floors above.

With 24-25 carp I can build 4 floors (including the ground), but cannot add a roof on top.

Someone else has reported that with 77 carp they can build 9 floors (including the ground), but cannot add a roof on top.

I do not know if the other values in the table include the roof.

"62-77" is slightly confusing- this should mean it is not possible with 62, but is with 77. If this is not the case, please move the 62 value where it belongs. Strongly recommend using "62 < x < 77" to avoid further confusion.
