I have to challenge this. Perhaps it's been changed somehow, to reflect the "insane" nature of the path, but I've stopped receiving this message, and need to repeatedly meditate on different tiles until I'm lucky enough to find one and trigger the question if I'm eligible for it. It seems to me that the various entities that can appear draw from the same name pool (except The Wurm).
