Skill and Press QL affect % , Reed ql = Max ql of papyrus, Just like wemp vs rope
Gives Nature skill, Soul Depth and Body Strength so far.
Current base cost is 0.5 but after talking with Zcul in IRC it is Subject to change (0.25 was My suggestion as its WAY easier to get good QL papyrus sheets vs mooring Rope which has the same Base price)

Wiki page for alt character Sincor
I came across Sincor's page while trying to clean-up the Dead-end pages list. Characters (including alts) are generally documented under the "Player" name space in this wiki.
I suggest you create a Player:Sincor page for your alt, and then add a deletion request for the current page. This would provide a better location for your alt's info while keeping the wiki tidy.
