To Plant *If you're in a board simply stand in the place village, you want can post an ad to the recruitment board to go and by right-clickclicking the board and then selecting "Create recruitment ad." The ad will then appear on all recruitment boards across that particular server and will disappear after 60 days. Once this happens, click plant. You must have at least 10 digging skill in order to plant a boardyou can then post another recruitment ad for your village for 60 more days.
The village recruitement board was put under fine carpentry while it says it uses the carpentry skill to make and improve. Also the top put it under a skill category and not an item category.
