Using an 82QL shaft and a 65QL [[string of cloth]], the percent chance of success is indicated to be 6% at 0.00 [[toy making]], 30% at 1.00 toy making, and 32% at 1.51 toy making. Initial Creation QL appears to be shaft QL/10is very random.
