Removed writ of ownership line. Writ of Ownerships are no longer in the game. Added information regarding new permissions. Possible tidying needed.

A [[Writ of Ownership]] will appear in your [[inventory]] the moment you click 'Finalize Building'. Writs Permissions are used to control who has access to your home or building, to lock or unlock all doors with a [[door lock]] on them, to change the name of the building, or to destroy the whole structure (and the writ with it). Just right-click your body in the writ character menu and select 'Manage> Buildings'.
