*Very hard to start and continue, though there is no hard coded limit. (Estimated to take ~2 hours at 70 blacksmithing, with equal-quality materials)
*Can be removed by the owner or anyone with the '''Manage Item''' [[permissions|permission]] with a [[crowbar]]. If on deed, only citizens of that deed can remove it.*At least 21 [[Body strength]] is required to remove a mine door. Otherwise the message "You are too weak to do that." appears.*Decays only off deed over time (loses strength and disappears when it drops to 0).
