*Snow will become more abundant over time as winter sets in, and will be much easier to collect.
*Snowballs have a 12-hour (real life hours) decay extremely quickly in one's inventorygrace period', and can during which they will not start taking damage within a few minutesdecaying in your inventory.
*Moving them immediately to saddlebags or a cart will greatly delay their decay.
*A snowball can be thrown at various targets by activating the snowball and then right-clicking the target and selecting "Throw Snowball". No damage or hostility is invoked here.
