Made it easier to find reheating food explanation which was hidden in the Nutrition description. + added a cooking link at bottom
All food has a nutrient value that contributes to your character's nutrition level. Consuming food will move your nutrition level closer to the food's nutrient value. Raw vegetables, cheese, and raw meat have the lowest nutrient values.
Reheating
For maximum nutrition, it's best to eat dishes while they are still hot. Cold dishes will nourish you less, but you can reheat them later to regain their full nutritional benefit. When reheated, the food provides the same nutrition as when it was originally hot. You will notice the action timer will change to eating hot meal instead of eating meal, indicating it’s heated.
Nutritional Breakdown
* Raw meat may nourish you to about 11%.
* Cooked meat may nourish you to about 17%.
* Fish of low quality may nourish you up to 32%.
* Sacrifice a rare item of full weight at an altar to gain an easy 99% nutrition.
