Added clarification about a low QL piece making the wagon unable to be crafted.
== Creation ==
*At least 40 fine carpentry is required to create as well as to continue building a wagon. However, the quality of the materials (i.e. planks etc) also plays a large part in chance of success (higher ql = higher creation chance). The QL of additional components plays a major role in the attach chance, especially at lower fine carpentry skill levels.
**Using starting components with too low QL may result in a wagon being uncraftable, even with sufficient [[Fine Carpentry]] level.
*Last wood piece determines wood type.
