Kindling QL affects the chance of creating a pile. Log QL does not affect the chance of creating a pile. <br>
However, log QL and dirt QL will affect the rate of increase in QL of the pile, according to your coal-making skill.
A QL 20 pile will yield approximately 14 of tar, dirt, coal and ash.
