To start riding an animal it either needs to be [[Animal taming|tamed]], lead with a [[rope]], or [[dominate|dominated]]. Then simply right-click the animal and select '''ride'''. To unmount click anywhere and select '''disembark'''. You also need to have enough [[Body Controlbody control]] to ride on creatures (see below).
Mounts are turned with the 'a' and 'd' keys (unless you have remapped them). The mount must be moving forward or backward in order to turn.
