*[[Girth]] quality affects the chance of creating the saddle. In case of failure the girth is can be destroyed and the saddle seat is damaged.
*The speed increase is dependent on the quality of the saddle.
*Horses must be [[tame]]d to be equipped. Once equipped they can be untamed though.
