====March 2013 RDS====
The March 2013 Re-deployment Scheme was a scheme with the intent of organising the fleet into a practical solution that would work for 6 months without modification and a year with minimal modification. It was decided that all sailboats would return to being character-specific transports, coinciding nicely with centralised Chese efforts on the "Captain's Hideaway" deed that removed the necessity for a more flexible fleet.
* Emperor was to be mothballed until further notice while it was refitted.
* GH, Swallow and Amazon would all serve individual respective characters.
* Dolphin would remain main fleet transport while also taking on the RDV role to alleviate the need to re-fit Emperor with more storage.
