Description
A one step long wooden stake that is used to stake out a settlement, which would provide increased security and reserve the land for your use. Use it on the ground where you wish to settle. The position of the deed stake is where the deed token will be placed when the settlement is founded.
Use
Right-clicking and selecting Settlement>Found Settlement will bring up a Settle Application Form. With sufficient funds in your bank (4.21s, and other requirements met) you can use this to found minimum 11x11 tile deed. Larger deeds require more funds in your bank at the rate of 1 copper per tile.
