This is an item created once you finalize a build plan. It will never decay, and stays at quality 100. It may not be lost if you die and may be sold. It controls, providing all the doors of the house has a lock, who's allowed entrance to your house.
The writ is only present in your inventory on the server the building is. If your building is on the home server and you are on the wild server, the writ will not be visible in your inventory. It will re-appear once you cross back to home server.
