Was once the owner of Izlid Lenoel. He hasn't really done anything else besides live with Lion's Head for a few months.

Currently living with Cliffside, Dilzi has given his Izlid Lenoel deed to his trusted friend Leonal.

Flattened the 11x11 size of my HS.

Straightened out the road near CS.
