Rice can be foraged from 1-2 tiles near water and in Marsh.
It is confirmed with at least 18 foraging, rice has been foraged. (Confirmed by Gypsypunk)
However, it is known that it requires more than 20 foraging to find it in marsh, and is estimated to be 40 foraging. (Confirmed by Gypsypunk)
