Newtown is the capital of Jenn-Kellon Kingdom. It is your home when you start the game, and your character Spawns by the Settlement token. From there you can see the White Light, home of of Three Gods.

The mayor of Newtown is Notch and he is the founder of it also.
NPCs in Newtown
1. Trader Dole - He is the trader of Newtown. You can exchange goods with him, make some bargains.
2. Spirit Templars - They protect the town from blacklighters, thiefs and murderers.
