General Information

Shantytown is an undeeded settlement located on the Wild Server. It was primarily known as a camp for refugees who haven't managed to settle in the Pirate Outpost. At the moment, Shantytown is an independent village, only geographically associated with PO. Its full name is "People's Socialist Republic of Shantytown". However, the full name is used only in case of declaring wars, signing peace treaties and creating alliances. Shantytown is a peaceful White-Light settlement, often described as "Newtown of Wild". Inhabitants of the village are indeed very helpful, always ready to aid newcomers, as well as support allies with their, although not very powerful, military forces.

Recruitment

Due to recent trouble-causing encounters with newbies, we only take people we know and trust into Shantytown from now on.

Location

Shantytown is conveniently located in a tundra forest, full of fruit trees as well as pines. Terrain is rich in mineral resources, such as iron, zinc, silver and gold. One of Shanty mines also provides water. Follow The Bushmanla Map for location of Pirate Outpost (now Fort White), which Shantytown is a neighbour of.

• Water is in a mine located 30 seconds from Shantytown Center
• Public Food Barrel, which is rarely empty, is available for all citizens
• Forest provides all kinds of trees- from lemon trees to pines
• Clay source located 10 minutes from the village
• Two powerful White Light settlements- Kyara and Fort Mole are nearby, always providing protection from Black Lighters
• Stone houses planned on request by Premium citizens
