- This is a unique item currently found only on Elevation. It can not be moved to any other server.
- At the start of some new servers it is found hidden in the ground at a random location.
- To find it's location or carrier use the Locate Artifact spell.
- Must be recharged regularly at the {{{altar}}} altar.
