The Bartender is an NPC in all Starter towns (First Light, Glitterdale, Gold Coast, The Landing, The Shroud, Samling).
The bartender gives food and water to any player with under 24 hours of play time.
Food and Water are increased to 100%, as well as Nutrition being increased to a maximum of 50%.
