Cotton seed can be planted on a dirt tile to grow cotton.
The seed can be picked from cotton with Pick seeds command. Cotton can be found by botanizing on grass tiles.
The piece of cotton must weigh at least 1.00. You can also pick seeds from a combined piece of cotton; it uses up the whole piece and yields you one seed per kilogram.
