A pole in chains floats here. It seems inhabited by fire spirits.

Cast courier or dark messenger on Strange device while located near lava(or something glowing hot on the tile).
Must be 10 tiles away from another turret.
Range of fire is about 8 tiles.
Able to be picked up by anybody unless planted
Loadable into Large cart and Wagon
Unable to recast
Not improvable after casting
