Activate flint Right-click glowing steel lump (0.30 kg) Open submenu "Create > Miscellaneous"

Skill and improvement
Uses blacksmithing

The ql of the flint affects the succes %, the ql of the steel lump determines max ql of the finished steel and flint.
This item is included in the newbie tool pack at ql50 and the newbie one does not drop on death.
Beware when using large lumps of steel to make this item, creating it seems to use the entire lump regardless of whether it's over 0.30 or not.
