clarification of sleep bonus max
* Sections in the journal written in green text indicate completed sections.
* There are 10 sections of the journal. At first, only the first is displayed. After you complete 50% of the quests in a section, the next section will become visible. You don't need to have triggered the visibility of a section in order to complete a quest in that section.
* Sleep bonuses added by journal completions do not stack above your sleep bonus capacity.* When claiming sleep bonus '''increases ''' from journal entries, the cap capacity is 10 hours, the same as the developer given sleep bonus capcapicity.
* You can leave one goal in each section uncompleted and still complete that section.
* The journal is in no way related to the separate item, the [[archaeology journal]].
